JOB PROFILE
The duties of the Level II Support Representative is the processing of support cases. You are responsible for researching and resolving questions to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. This position requires basic computer literacy, computer networking and knowledge with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Unix(e.g. AIX). The ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines is necessary. This position reports to a local manager.

- Handle incoming Support-Cases using Case Management
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Distinctively understand customer issues and problems and have the ability to communicate with our customers
- Networking skills, OFTP, ISDN, TCP / IP, FTP
- AS400 (basic skills)
- Knowledgeable usage of batch / script programming, as in above stated operating systems
- Basic programming knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of various communication protocols (ENGDAT, EDIFACT, VDA, OFTP,...)
- Demonstrate willingness and comprehend skills, to acquire our companies’ product-portfolio in a short time period
- Ability to analyze error situations
- Independent, self-starter
- Ability to contribute to a positive interpersonal working environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting ability
- German and English language proficiency required
