The Trubiquity company name and associated brands were launched in 2008. This was required following Autoweb’s (the former company name) acquisition of the following companies Datranet Ltd, Trinary Systems Inc, Secorex Group (OCS Unternehmensberatung Gmbh, Schmitt Unternehmensberatung GmbH, ProCAEss GmbH, PROFILE Software Engineering GmbH) as well as the acquisition of assets and operations of Mosaic Software AG.
