Stephen Koons, President and CEO

Stephen Koons, President and CEO of Trubiquity, joined the company in 2004 as a Vice President of Business Solutions. Mr. Koons was appointed President and CEO in late 2008, and in May 2011 was appointed to Trubiquity’s Board of Directors. Mr. Koons has led the team’s growth through a number of strategic acquisitions and partnerships focused on delivering global managed data exchange solutions. Prior to joining Trubiquity, Mr. Koons held roles as Vice President of Sales for Silenus Group and subsequently BRT Inc., both companies being software development and integration solution providers. Early on in his career, Mr. Koons held roles with AT&T and EDS, both in North America, and in Europe focused on business development and sales. In 2011, Mr. Koons was honored by Corp! Magazine as a “Michigan Top Chief Executive.” Mr. Koons holds a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration, both from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

Maureen Huber, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director

Maureen Huber,Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, joined Trubiquity in September 2005. Ms. Huber is responsible for financial operations, human resources, customer support and marketing of Trubiquity. Prior to joining Trubiquity, Ms. Huber was the Corporate Controller of DynTek Inc., a leading provider of professional technology services to government, education and mid-market commercial customers. Ms. Huber was honored by Crain’s Business Detroit as “CFO of the Year” in 2011. Ms. Huber has a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Executive MBA Program.

Michael Richards, Chief Information Officer

Michael Richards, Chief Information Officer, joined Trubiquity on October 1, 2012. Mike is responsible for leading the technology strategy, strengthening the product line, and strategically positioning the company with new solutions. Prior to joining Trubiquity, Mr. Richards was President of Visioneering Partners where he worked with CIO’s and CTO’s in the areas of IT strategy, SOA, Big Data and Cloud computing. At Ford Motor Company and Monsanto, he held CTO and Group CIO roles. Mr. Richards started his career at IBM and held a variety of R&D and Product Executive roles there. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Science from Michigan State University.

Martyn Davies Phd., Vice President

Martyn Davies Phd.,Vice President of Managed File Transfer solution line is responsible for the sales and service delivery teams. Prior to joining Trubiquity Ltd. in 2005, Dr. Davies was the Co-founder of Datranet Ltd, a leading PLM/CAD data solutions provider to manufacturing industries. Dr. Davies has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham, a Master of Science in Modern Electronics and IT from the University of Nottingham and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds.

Donald Draheim, Vice President

Donald Draheim,Vice President of the B2B NA solution line, responsible for the sales and service delivery teams. Prior to joining Trubiquity in 2008, Mr. Draheim was Co-founder of Trinary Systems Inc., a leading provider of EDI solutions for manufacturing, distribution and logistics focusing on integrating with ERP vendors such as QAD, SAP and Oracle/JD Edwards. Mr. Draheim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

Peter Thurner, Managing Director

Peter Thurner,Managing Director of the German subsidiary, with the responsibility for the European B2B solution line including sales and service delivery teams. Prior to joining Trubiquity in 2007, Peter Thurner was one of the principals of the Secorex Group and Managing Director of Schmitt UB GmbH since 2003. Peter Thurner has extensive experience in EDI and multi-enterprise integrations. He has studied Law at University of Tübingen and studied Economics at University of Hohenheim.

Ted Lesher, Vice President

Ted Lesher,Vice President is responsible for the sales and service delivery teams. Prior to joining Trubiquity in 2011, Ted was the V.P. of Sales & Marketing at NexPrise, Inc., a cloud-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provider. A former Naval aviator and flight instructor, Ted left military service in 1991 to start his sales career at Ethicon, a medical/surgical products business unit of Johnson & Johnson. He later joined the enterprise software industry in 1996, and has since amassed over 12 years of experience selling, marketing, and implementing product lifecycle management, enterprise content management, document management, business process automation and enterprise search technologies. Ted was a leading sales contributor at PTC, Division Inc., Eprise, Endeca and NexPrise: and his unique background offers him practical insights into the use of technology to effectively manage content and related business processes across the extended enterprise.
