Trubiquity Acquires Assets And Operations Of Mosaic Software AG
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Trubiquity (formerly Autoweb), a leader in business process automation and global data exchange software for companies across a variety of industries, has acquired the assets and business operations of Mosaic Software AG.
Based in Meckenheim, Germany, Mosaic Software AG is a provider of commercial electronic data interchange (EDI) software products for customers in the retail, manufacturing and finance markets. Offering an EDI-trade portal (web and classic EDI) for customers and installed EDI software and consulting services for business-process optimization (EDI, SCM and ECR), Mosaic Software AG product offerings allow organizations to connect and collaborate across a variety of industries and business functions.
Trubiquity and Mosaic signed the contract on July 1, 2008. Financial terms of the acquisition were not released.

Trubiquity’s current EDI capabilities were a direct result of its acquisition of European-based Secorex and its acquisition of U.S.-based Trinary Systems. The ongoing operations of Mosaic Software AG will continue uninterrupted under the name Trubiquity Systems, GmbH.
