Trubiquity Delivers New Version of its Managed Data Exchange Solution

New features and certified compliance with the new OFTP2 communication protocol enable faster transfer and maximum security in engineering and EDI B2B communications resulting in substantial cost savings

Rochester Hills, Mich. – May 4th, 2010 – Trubiquity, a leading international provider of global managed data exchange (MDE) and business process integration solutions, announced it has begun delivering the new version 3.0 of TRUeurex-c, Trubiquity’s well-established client/server and multi protocol data communication solution. Used by over 2,000 companies spanning multiple industries, TRUeurex-c provides a strong system for automating, controlling and managing the exchange of commercial (EDI) and technical business data (CAD), is now fully compliant with the new Odette OFTP2 communication protocol.

TRUeurex-c provides one single base system for the automation of engineering and EDI B2B communications enabling robust and secure data communication, translation and mapping across all global trading partners regardless of location or specifications. The solution seamlessly integrates into existing IT environments and allows for the parallel use of differing hardware and operating system platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix, iSeries/AS400) in multi-user settings.

The new version of TRUeurex-c delivers comprehensive new features and enhancements designed to achieve substantial data transfer cost savings, to speed up the secure transfer even of large data files via the Internet, enable multiple transaction channels for highest performance by leveraging up-to-date industry standards and reduce the burden for administration for management.

Trubiquity’s TRUeurex-c solution meets all of OFTP2’s new security features and has been issued official certification from Odette. This includes an easily implemented and controlled partner certificate management.

TRUeurex-c Version 3.0 can be deployed as a standalone system or as a communication module integrated into a more comprehensive solution, e.g. Trubiquity’s TRUfusion Connect, TRUfusion Enterprise or TRUedx Enterprise solutions.

“TRUeurex-c has been implemented and is available to work with many automotive OEMs and suppliers, including those who are now using OFTP2. The fact that OFTP2 is gaining significance in multiple industry verticals was fundamental to the development of the latest release of TRUeurex-c. New data exchange strategies will require members of those affected supply chains to deploy TRUeurex-c to comply with these new requirements”, said Dave Foster, Global Technology Director
