The 12th Annual NDI* (Northern Defense Industries) Collaboration for Growth Conference, held at Manchester, United Kingdom (UK), on March 5 – 6, 2013, brought together representatives from major UK defense, aerospace and security sector suppliers. It featured leading figures from the UK Government, Ministry of Defense and Defense sector firms such as BAE Systems, Bombardier Aerospace, Airbus and Boeing.

Collaboration is Key to Success in Aerospace & Defense

The NDI conference embraced one compelling theme: Information sharing, consensus building, and collaboration are vital elements to the continued growth of the Aerospace and Defense industry. It emphasized
that collaboration across the entire supply chain, from Primes to Tier 4 contractors, is critical to success.

As the NDI is currently focusing attention on major developing economies such as India, China, Brazil and Saudi Arabia, they encouraged delegates to use their collaborative working strengths to take advantage of the opportunities in these countries.

Achieving a New Level of Collaborative Strength

As an exhibitor, Trubiquity drew significant interest from conference attendees by discussing solutions that help Aerospace & Defense companies rise to a new level of collaborative strength. Trubiquity representatives demonstrated our leading-edge technology to share real-time information, manage projects, and improve process efficiency while ensuring security and compliance with regulatory standards. Delegates were shown how our Aerospace & Defense solution portfolio is specifically designed to:

  • Support improved collaboration across the board.
  • Provide early visibility of information in a supply chain or collaborative group work.
  • Protect intellectual property in a significantly competitive collaborative and cyber threat environment.
  • Help SME’s remove ITAR adoption barriers.

Altogether, the NDI conference afforded Trubiquity an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how we help Aerospace & Defense companies build competitive advantage by advancing collaboration, improving supply chain performance and helping mitigate risk.
